Join UCI’s Sustainability Initiative for a culinary adventure into cultural and equitable food production, cooking, and harvesting. Each day, you can attend one or all of the parts for one low suggested donation of $10. The Seed-to-Plate workshop series was developed by visiting Eco-chef Roger Feely, in partnership with Victor Becerra, Director, Community Outreach Partnership Center, School of Social Ecology.

Dine with Café Encuentro and participate in a dialog about immigrant foodways and place-making. Space is limited to 30.
