Join local, renowned food forager Pascal Baudard at the UCI Arboretum to discover how to identify native, edible foods. Space is limited to 20.
Part 2. Real Food: Cook a Wild Food Dinner

2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Discover new culinary skills as you prepare a meal using foraged and local foods. Space is limited to 20.
Part 3. Dining on the Wild Side
5:00 – 7:30 p.m. 
Dine with Café Encuentro and participate in a dialog about eating wild foods. Space is limited to 30.
