This fall, the UCCE Master Food Preservers of OC will be demonstrating an easy, no cook refrigerator jam that can be made with almost any in-season fruit available. They will also go over fermentation and how this process aids in the making of kombucha.

This workshop is free of charge and all supplies will be provided.
