Join us to “Turnip the Beet on Taco Tuesday” with seasonal and local ingredients as led by the ARC’s Chef Jessica and the UCI Global Food Initiative Fellows. Drop in for dinner and activities. A Chef Demonstration will occur at 7:00pm. Interactive booths include a gardening resources table, a smoothie station, a compost and food waste education station by Dining’s Green Captains, and more.
