About
Student Housing is hosting an evening of sustainability celebration to showcase best practices in sustainability education and engagement. This year, Student Housing launched a sustainability initiative creating new opportunities for residents and staff to learn about sustainable living.
The event is also a night of sharing, learning, and discussion hosted by members of Student Housing and the UCI Costa Rica Program. The evening includes a formal program highlighting this year’s successes, interactive booths, and a research fair showcasing the student research projects conducted while in Costa Rica focused on sustainability and culture.
The Costa Rica Program is a Student Housing Signature Program and has been supported by many people over the past 5 years. We are excited to share the experiences, research, and insights of the 2016 Costa Rica Program.
Please RSVP by 5:00 p.m on Monday, May 2 online at http://goo.gl/forms/Av48zp0qfL. This event is open to the campus community and public, however RSVPs are required and the event is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. In-season and locally sourced Costa Rican inspired heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served during the research fair and interactive booths.
