This panel is for high school and college students who identify as students of color and who want to connect with and hear from young leaders of color in the conservation field. Our speakers will talk about why justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in the environmental field is important and discuss the unique experiences of conservation professionals of color. At the end of the panel, attendees will receive a packet of conservation career resources, including conservation specific job boards, educational resources, fellowship and training opportunities, and more.
