Denim Day is a symbol of protest against misconceptions that surround sexual assault. It is an outward example of how people can help change perceptions of violence against other community members. Each year, UCI CARE hosts Denim Day to support survivors who have experienced victim blaming. You can show support by wearing denim on April 26th, attending our photo booth tabling event on Ring Road, or submitting a photo/video for the Denim Day Contest. The winners in each category will receive a $100 Doordash or Grubhub gift card.
