The Environmental Justice Collective is hosting an opportunity for students to have an open discussion on the prevalence of highway infrastructure in Southern California. We will trace the history of car-centric infrastructure and pay special attention to the laws that perpetuated discriminatory development of highways in low-income communities of color.
