Sustainable Cooking Night
Hello sustainable folks! Join the Food Recovery Network at UCI and the Alternative Protein Project at UCI in a fun cooking battle of various alternative protein meals. The event will be on Thursday, May, 30th from 5:30pm-8:30pm in the ARC Cooking Labs (second floor of the ARC) and we will be learning how to cook serval different meals as well as basic cooking techniques.
