The Campus as a Living Lab workshop series is designed to help students, staff, faculty, and community members build sustainable living skills in the areas of growing, preparing, and producing food through hands-on-experiences and learning journeys.
The Seed-to-Plate workshop series was developed by visiting Eco-chef Roger Feely, in partnership with Victor Becerra, Director, Community Outreach Partnership Center, School of Social Ecology.

Join local, renowned food forager Pascal Baudard to learn how to identify native, edible foods.
Real Food: Cook a Wild Food Dinner • 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. • Anteater Recreation Center
Hands-on cooking experience with guest chef Mia Wasilevich, Transitional Gastronomy, LA.

Dining on the Wild Side • 5:00 – 7:30 p.m. • Anteater Recreation Center, UCI
Dine with Café Encuentro and participate in a dialog about wild food.
The suggested donation will be collected at the time of the event. Please bring cash or a check made out to UC Regents.
