In celebration of International Women’s Month, Teresa Baker has teamed up with JAM Collective & Ravel Media to present another summit for women of the outdoor industry to connect and learn from one another.

This three-day virtual event was made possible thanks to sponsorship by Backcountry, with additional support provided by Arc’teryx, Merrell, Outdoor Research, Patagonia and Smartwool, and is geared towards cis and trans women, as well as people who experience gender discrimination in their outdoor professional and personal lives.

We welcome all people who are comfortable in a space that centers the experiences of women.
